About Our Journey.

Pakistan’s retail landscape has world-class demand and no world-class spaces to match it. The country’s biggest fashion brands — Sapphire, Khaadi, Bonanza, Breakout — have national reach but nowhere premium to call home outside enclosed malls. UNAN Ventures was founded to close that gap.

Every UNAN development is built inside its own Special Purpose Vehicle. A land partner provides the site. Investors provide the construction capital. UNAN provides the development expertise, the tenant relationships, and the operational infrastructure. Investors co-own a hard asset from day one — not a promise.

We structure the investment, execute the Capital Call, and manage construction through to completion. Ten months from groundbreak to opening.
